Jillian & Kylie — Packed with Personality

Jillian and Eddie (her husband) moved to Charlotte six years ago from Upstate New York. Eddie’s brother lived here, so being a young couple in their twenties, they decided to pick up and move. Jillian did marketing for a ski resort in NY, so when she moved to the Carolinas, she didn’t know where her career would go. She was in retail management for a while, until she had her little one, Kylie. Jillian is now a stay at home mom and loves it! She and Kylie enjoy shopping and going to lunch together. When Jillian is off the clock, she enjoys a nice glass of wine and cooking out. Madison and I met these lovely ladies at Little Gym and their upbeat, outgoing personalities attracted me instantly. Like mother, like daughter!

Kylie is a little burst of energy, running around talking to anyone who will listen. Her first word was ‘mama’, of course, and she has been building her vocabulary every since. They were in the car last week and sitting at a stop light when Kylie started shouting, “Go!” Her family calls her Ky-ry, which is actually a common nickname in their family. Her dad and all of his brothers started the tradition. Eddie was Eddie-ry, and his two brothers were Shawny-ry, and Matty- ry. Sounds fun! Kylie’s favorite hot spots are Little Gym and Discovery Place Kids, where she gets to play with animals in the Vet area. That’s right, she is an animal lover. Her first complicated word was Tiki, which is their dog’s name. Are you sure you are only 15 months old?

The hardest thing about being a tot mom for Jillian is being without her mom, who still lives in New York.  The best thing is the unconditional love they share. Kylie is the best thing that has ever happened in her life and she couldn’t imagine life without her little tot. Kylie is truly a blessing!
